Will this cover my whole period?

Can I use them alongside what I use now?
Yes. A good way to start is at home or overnight, keeping disposables for work until you feel sure.
Will they cope with a heavy flow?
Yes, as long as the pad is long enough. Heavy-flow leaks usually come from a pad that’s too short or too narrow, more than from how much it holds. The Super Pad is 12 inches and holds about 4 tampons’ or disposable pads’ worth. No pad can promise zero leaks, which is why you get 60 days to find out.
Will they slip or bunch up?
The wings snap around your underwear to hold the pad in place. Snug underwear with a fuller back helps too.
What about overnight?
Use a Super Pad and place it further back than you would in the day. Put a towel down for your first few nights, until you know how it works for you.
Isn’t the washing gross?
It’s the worry people have before they try them. Rinse in cold water, keep the pad in a wet bag until laundry day, then put it in with your normal wash. That’s about 45 seconds a pad. Skip the soaking, the bleach and the fabric softener.
Will they stain or smell?
The absorbent side is dark, so stains don’t show. A cold rinse straight after use helps with smell, and a splash of white vinegar in the wash clears any that lingers.
What do I do with a used pad when I’m out?
Fold it in on itself, snap the wings around it and put it in a carry bag. This kit comes with 2.
Do they work for bladder leaks?
Yes, for light to moderate leaks. They aren’t made for heavier incontinence.
