Returns & Exchanges Policy
We offer a 60-day trial on all orders, so if you’re unhappy with your purchase, we’ll do our best to make it right, within reason.
To avoid having to request an exchange or refund, please check out our FAQs section and if you have any other questions or if something isn’t clear, please reach out to us on chat or via email to [email protected].
If the exchange and/or requests are unreasonable (e.g. same customer requesting multiple times for exchanges and refunds related to the same order), we reserve the right to perform the refund only as a Topsy Daisy gift card or deny the refund altogether in extreme cases, to avoid abuse.

You can get a full refund to your original payment method or via in-store credit.
Do I have to ship my items back?
You most certainly do not. We highly encourage you to pass unused items along to a friend or donate them to a local women’s shelter, which are always in much need of female hygiene products such as Topsy Daisy’s.
